Job Responsibilities/description:

• Responsible for the equipment commissioning, acceptance, maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting work;        
• Responsible for the engineering data collection and archiving;
• Responsible for user training, technical support to customers, agents, subcontractors,and the agents management etc.;
• Cooperate with international engineering representatives of related product line; collect and feed back the product application information, and suggestions on products improvement;
• Collaborate with sales staff to maintain and manage customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Understand English and local language; proficiency in English communication;
• College and above degree，majored in telecommunications or computer related professional;
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Have good after-sales technical support or other relevant work experience of the telecommunications industry is more better.
• With strong communication skills, good sense of teamwork and strong organization and coordination skills
• Willing to work in anywhere of indonesia; (For Malang Area)
