JOB PROFILE:
Responsibilities:

- Daily maintenance for all Siemens Utran equipment for the company's 3G network.
- Performing 24/7 stand-by duties.
- Supporting Radio Access Network Operations engineers.
- Training the engineers in 3G Siemens RNC;s node B and HID.
- Develop technical documents pertaining to Siemens equipment.
- Maintenance of security database back-up for RNC's, node B and HIDs.
- Executive on monthly preventive routine for RNCs.
- Supporting Huawei 3G RAN.
- Operation and Maintenance on Ericsson 3G.

Deliverables:

- Resolving issues within SLA.
- Knowledge transfer
- Improvement projects
- Supporting 3G E// to Huawei swap project, NSN to E// swap project.
- Daily operations of NSN and Huawei RAN.

Experience:

- At least 10 years experience and experience on Huawei or Ericsson RAN operations.
- Excellent experience in any telecommunication operator or vendor.
