| Job Description |
| The department provides desk support to the Securities, Rates & Credit Trading Desks, covering cash trading, flow credit derivative transactions, asset swaps, interest rate swaps. The candidate will have the opportunity to see how the business is generated at the front end as well as communicating with an array of business areas from front to back office. |

| Responsibilities |
- Provide dedicated support to the Sydney-based Traders and Sales.
- Ensure that all products are accurately booked in the internal source systems on trade date and resolve all associated operations queries. This will include verification of trade booking, coordination with Documentation, Settlements, Sales, Finance and Product Control.

- Perform the daily control functions and source system reconciliation including, bond inventory reconciliation, optionality monitoring, corporate action event monitoring etc...
- To provide support as a linkage personnel between various teams across the region and internal parties globally, including BU finance, cash client services, custody, treasury, accounting policy and legal.
- To provide rate fixing, coupon fixing, and trigger monitoring during the life of the trades

| Requirements |
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience in financial industry with knowledge of fixed income and derivative instruments
- Strong spoken and written skills required English
- Excel & other MS Office applications. Familiarity with Bloomberg & links.
- The candidate requires strong communication skill to liaise within Operations teams, legal, risk management, traders, sales across multiple regions i.e. HK/Singapore/Australia/London/NY
- Highly motivated, fast learner, able to work under pressure on tight deadlines, assertive, mature, and team player.
