2G Optimazation Engineer

We are currently looking for 5 key candidates to fill the 4 month rolling contract of 2G Optimization Engineer for one of our global clients in Oman. The candidate MUST have the following:
- Strong Siemen's optimization experience
- Knowledge of BR9
- Knowledge of Parameters
Tasks will include:
- KPI & objectives definition
- KPI monitoring parameter assessment
- Configuration assessment w/o site survey
- Configuration assessment w/ site survey
- Performance assessment
- Capacity data collection and reporting
- Traffic and capacity optimization
- Frequency plan optimization
- Parameter optimization
- Neighbour optimization
- Rehoming
- Field DT for optimization
